All Eyez On Me – iPhone Scene

Why was there an iPhone in Tupac’s biopic, All Eyez On Me? The iPhone was released in 2007 and Tupac was murdered in 1996.  Did anyone review the movie before it was released? The rapper was before his time but he didn’t own an iPhone.  Tupac and Steve Jobs are in Heaven having a good laugh right now.  The movie has received mixed reviews.  While Tupac’s fame has surpassed Biggie’s, everyone loved Biggie’s biopic, Notorious.  Puff Daddy aka Diddy wouldn’t let a subpar Biggie biopic be released.  The same is not true for Suge Knight.  He has been dealing with so many legal problems that he hasn’t been able to protect Tupac’s legacy.

The tweet below explains that the scene where Tupac pulled out his iPhone showed him snapping a picture of himself with Faith Evans.  The Twitter user claims that he then posted the picture to Instagram.


You have to love the Internet for calling people out when they make mistakes like this.  The tweet below explains that Tupac started using Tinder on his iPhone.  While that’s not true, we love the fact that the movie’s producers are being dragged for making multiple mistakes.
